I'm very picky now about how attractiveness balances with efficiency in a flash site. The intro, button animation, page transition and proper use of space, especially if there's a gallery, are what to look for.
Remember also that your customers will go directly to the swf so it will show as big as their screen as opposed to a pre sized window here.
